A. We have spent years working on gathering suppliers who can provide us with quality products to sell at a below retail prices.
Additionally, because we are an online based company, we do not have the same overhead costs as other stores. This allows us to provide you with exceptional prices.
Q. What payment methods do you take?
A. RocksDiamondDeals takes a variety of payment methods.
We accept PayPal (Credit and Debit Cards), Instant Email Bank Transfers, Bank/Wire Transfers, Western Union, Money Gram, Money Orders (Postal Cheques), and Cheques.
Our checkout system has the ability to accept PayPal, Cheques, and Money Orders.
You can select the Cheque/ Money Order selection if you plan to pay with Western Union, Money Gram, or a Bank/Wire Transfer.
Q. I am not Canadian, can you accept my cheque?
A. Unfortunately we cannot accept American or International Cheques.
Our bank will hold an American cheque for a minimum of 30days to make sure it clears (without disputes).
If you want to pay with your bank account, a bank or wire transfer is an excellent selection. You can email us for our account details.
Q. What is an Instant Email Bank Transfer?
A. An Instant Email Bank Transfer is similar to a bank or wire transfer. It is an option only available for Canadian buyers.
To transfer money with a instant bank transfer you only need the email address of the person/business you are sending money to. You can select this method on the website of your bank.
Q. Do you have synthetic diamonds or gemstones?
A. Absolutely not.
We only carry natural, mined, gemstones and diamonds. Some stones are treated, however any treatments are always disclosed.
Q. What are your shipping costs?
A. RocksDiamondDeals ships primarily with Canada Post.
Shipping costs are listed the store and are as follows,
Canada; Ontario and Quebec = $9.99
Canada; All other Provinces or Territories = $15.99
USA; All States = $19.99
Other International Countries = $60 or $80.
Q. I live in an International Country, how do i know which shipping method is available for me?
A. Since we ship with Canada Post we are limited to the postage options they provide based on country.
The $60 method is called Xpresspost.
The $80 method is called Priority.
